Wayne Perry
Wayne Perry is CEO of Cornerstone Concilium, a successful engineering, technology, and project management firm, headquartered in San Francisco since 1986.
Wayne is a San Francisco Bay Area native with over 40 years of experience in delivering large-scale capital improvement projects, including airports, transit, utilities, water, and other complex commercial and public infrastructure buildings and facilities projects throughout the United States.
Wayne has served on several publicly appointed commissions and non-profit organizations. He is also an industry speaker and university lecturer, a small business advocate, and an entrepreneur and philanthropist.
Simon Snellgrove
Simon Snellgrove is Founder and Principal of Pacific Waterfront Partners, a San Francisco real estate development and institutional real estate investment company.
This native Australian and extraordinary visionary has over 40 years of experience in the development of large-scale, complex commercial and hospitality projects in San Francisco and throughout Asia-Pacific.
Simon is active with several San Francisco Bay Area organizations including the North Beach Citizens, ULI, SPUR and Lambda Alpha. He is founding Trustee of the Bay School of San Francisco. Mr. Snellgrove’s commitment to San Francisco’s waterfronts is evident in the significant contributions that he has made in the community
PACIFIC WATERFRONT PARTNERS NOTABLE PROJECTS
Piers 1½, 3, & 5: $100M mixed-use development on the Waterfront. The three piers were transformed into a multi-use complex with shops, restaurants, a dock for large yachts, and water taxis.
Pier 24 Photography: A privately funded photographic display space on the Waterfront. The Bay School of the San Francisco Presidio: As Founding Trustee, Simon completed this project pro bono in collaboration with Equity Community Builders.
Embarcadero Center Complex: $1.3B award-winning project with 350,000 sq. ft. of retail, restaurants, entertainment mixed-use urban redevelopment with 3.2M sq. ft. of offices, and the 800-room Hyatt Regency Hotel.
The Bentley Federal Reserve: Adaptive reuse of the Federal Reserve to a 480,000-sq. ft. office building with a Park Hyatt Hotel. This historic landmark is now the Bentley Reserve.
Marina Square, Singapore: $1.2B mixed-use waterfront development that includes a 640- room Marina Mandarin hotel, the 580-room Mandarin Oriental hotel, the 850-room Pan Pacific hotel and a 700,000-sq. ft. retail mall with four department stores, and a 4,000-space car park.
Peachtree Center: $350M, 1.5M sq. ft. mixed use complex, adding two office buildings, retail, and a 1,660-room Marriott Marquis convention hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.
Los Angeles Metro Purple Line: $2.6B light rail extension project, formerly known as the Westside Subway Extension and the Subway to the Sea. Washington, DC
Metro Silver Line: $3.8B light rail airport extension and maintenance facilities project that improves mobility and provides greater access for the region.
US Department of General Services: The James M. Hanley Federal Building, a Public Building Services (PBS) Historic Building Renovation in Syracuse, New York.
Santa Clara VTA Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART): $1.4B Light Rail Stations project to San Jose, Phase 1.
BART Powell Street Station Renovation: $22M project for the third busiest station in the BART system.
AT&T and MCI Telecommunications (now Verizon): San Francisco Bay Area network operations centers renovations.
Washington, DC Department of General Services: $188M Maintenance Facilities Program: 56 Public Schools, Police, Fire and Emergency Operations Buildings, Recreation, and other Municipal Facilities.
United Airlines: Technology Infrastructure and Facilities Renovations.
